Tacos are a dollar on Tuesday and Thursdays, bilingual cashier provide good service, good place to grab tacos for the local ambiance. Los tacos cuestan un dólar los martes y jueves, el cajero bilingüe brinda un buen servicio, un buen lugar para tomar tacos en el ambiente local.

Go to place in Hollister for tacos!! Not to mention the only place in town that still has Taco Tuesdays - tacos are a buck!! That's right, 1 dollar. Not only do they have Taco Tuesday, but they have the same deal on Thursdays too!! Place gets packed on both days so you will wait in line if you show up during dinner rush, but the line moves and these folks have the taco assembly line down! Carne asada is tasty. Carnitas are good too!! My wife and I also enjoy the cerveza preperada - a beer prepared with hot sauce, chamoy, and a few shrimp. Tasty snack as you wait for your meal. This taqueria does not disappoint. For the value, tasty food, and speedy service, this place checks all boxes. Not really a date night spot, it's run of the mill taqueria, but deserves no less than 4 stars!

I like to order one of each 99 cent taco on tues/thurs. Asada, pastor, cabeza, pollo, carnita, and buche. Variety is the spice of life, and they're all so good! Wish they'd call out numbers in english if nobody shows up after the spanish.
